I'm Giving this Wendy's 2 stars since the Manager seems to be willing to Make everything Right my next Visit. i VISITED THIS STORE FOR THE FIRST TIME IN EASILY 15 YEARS ON SATURDAY 10-22-2016 @ AROUND 9:30 PM TO 10:00 PM, I had ate at this restaurant many many times right after it was built until 21 years ago, that is when I became Disabled and Stopped going to Rockwall to work out of Rockwall Floors, I will say this was my 1st bad experience at the Restaurant, I wound up with Food Poisoning or something, I have been a smoker for over 35 years and have pretty well killed my sense of smell, & lost my sense of taste 4 or 5 years ago, I have been trying really hard to stop smoking for about 2 years, but when I see Family most of them smoke and offer me a Cigarette, I can keep myself from buying them usually but after someone gives me one, it may take me an hour or 2 to actually smoke it, but I always do and then will wind up buying 3 packs on my way home, Grouching at myself with every one, Chantix works to make you stop smoking since it does cause them to taste very nasty, for someone who has lost their ability to taste that is progress, anyway I called Wendy's today 10-24-2016 and I spoke with the Manager who apologized for that happening, and he has offered to give me a Free Meal the Next time I go to Rockwall which will be a Month from now well less a few days, since I drive there to pick up prescriptions from the CVS there every month. I will return to write a Review of that visit then, But for now I am just hoping the Vomiting is over which began not long after getting Home, my next visit I will go inside and be sure to Ask for Fresh Made Food that hasn't been sitting under the Warming Light, since the burgers were just warm and the Fries were Cold, Hopefully Next Month I can once again say I love Wendy's Food, but this is only my 2nd Bad Experience in over all the years Wendy's has been around, the only other problem I have ever had was at one off Trinity Mills right across from a Hospital Out there, I had been checked in and Hospital Food Sucks, so I Walked over to that Wendy's and ordered a Double with Cheese, at that store the Meat Tasted Rancid, the Manager Tried Remaking it 2 more times, and I could smell the Rancid Meat by just unwrapping the Burger, so I wound up just getting my money back and staying Hungry that Day, but That Manager Barely spoke English, and was rather Rude, I hope that store has corrected that problem that was close to 20 years ago, but I haven't been back out to that hospital & I don't plan on it, the only reason I was there is that is where the Doctor sent me, I wont go out into the Boonies for Medical Again, Now it is probably Crowded out there but 20 years ago it was still very sparse.

The store is always clean, and the food fresh. The staff seem to enjoy their job.
