I've got to say that I was taken very badly. I brought in my vehicle for a routine oil change, and they ruined the engine. They would not admit to it, yet when they first called me at my work place- they said my car would be ready for pick -- they then called 2 hours later saying I would need a timing chain--which I found out later through an attorney that my make and model did not and should not need a chain until - 150,000 miles- and my car only had 49,000. I don't know anything about cars and gave them the okay to do it. Not one hour later they called back and said how sorry they were, but my engine was blown.--I have no money to retain a lawyer because I am a single mom and the Conways knew that. I ended with the Better business Bureau telling me they were not satisfied with the answers from this garage and that I should take the matter to the Department of State--which I had earlier, but they lied to them too. If your a single woman -BEWARE
