I love delucia and company Anthony is so nice funny and smart he never makes mistakes and the staff is so nice Anthony walked me through everything and got the return in ontime he has good parking,a great staff,and realy knows what he is doing.the' tax pros' from h&r block only take a 2week course and then they are considerd tax pros but I can garentee Anthony preepared a lot longer than that.

We hired DeLucia & Company to prepare our 2010 income taxes due to complexity of some items we weren’t entirely familiar with. Our return was efiled on time in 2011. We gave DeLucia & Company the authority to debit our bank account for the taxes due. Shortly after the tax deadline we called to ask why we hadn't seen the money leave our account. We were told it could take up to 2 weeks. Shortly after, we received a notice from the IRS stating that they had not received our payment and that we had then incurred interest penalties. We put in another call to DeLucia & Company and sure enough they admitted there was a "glitch" with their system and our payment had not been submitted. They then submitted the payment and reimbursed us for the interest. A year later, we received another notice from the IRS indicating that a 1099 had been left off of our 2010 return and that again we owed additional taxes. This was why we had hired a professional to prepare our return. After many avoided calls and an incorrect amended return due to Anthony's unwillingness to discuss the issue, we were left to amend the return on our own due to Anthony's refusal to correctly file the amendment. I paid to have my taxes filed to make my life easier. I wish I saved my $350 because all I ended up with was a headache. This business lacks any sort of organization, claiming that paperwork that had been submitted multiple times was not in their files. The staff that prepares the tax returns doesn't seem to understand taxes at all and there seems to be no review of their work. It is my thought that as a tax professional it is pretty much a given that all 1099s must somewhere appear on the return. From start to finish our experience with this company was awful. Save yourself some trouble and avoid this business at all costs!!
