Great coustomers service, the reviewer who says they don't pick up the phone is wrong, these guys are so much better then the GameStop on Flatbush, they are fast and efficient and had me out the store in minutes with my new console and game, they are really friendly also as long as you don't try to raise your voice at them, Bill who works there was really awesome to and had a good background on the latest games, they were also quick to pick up the phone during rush hour times when I need to Grab a quick game. Keep this up guys you have a fan.

It would be nice if they answered the phone there they never seem too!!! I would like to know if a game is there before I come to their store, I rather take a longer trip to the Berlin turnpike store because they actually answer their phone
