I decided to go here because it was close to work, I found this location to be a bit disorganized as my visit took almost 2 hours and I saw 2 different people (one for the eye exam and one for contact fitting.) I have been wearing contacts for over 10 years and this location charged for a 'Premium fitting' when I do not have any have special circumstances to be considered so. When I called multiple times afterwards for an explanation and all I have received is the run around from the staff and the management does not return calls.

I went to return an item within the 30 day money guarantee period and was made to feel very uncomfortable for returning the item. The employee was curt and extremely rude during the return process, asking why the eyeglasses were being returned and sighing while I explained. She noted that they would be closing in 10 minutes and continued with the processing of the return.



It's unfortunate that the company allows this particular employee to behave in such a fashion and speak to people in a rude manner. She did not make eye contact during the whole transaction and was very expressive in her distaste of the having to do the return. I have since reported the particular person's behavior to the company in hopes that someone else doesn't have to go through the experience I did.



Customer service is key to any business thriving. They will never get my business again if that is the type of people they employ.
