Rented a bouncy house for my daughters 3rd birthday party this past weekend and went to return it today and from where it was in the back of the truck and because of cooler temperatures it was wet on the outside company charged my husbands card a 50.00 fee for being wet. seriously? Extremely unprofessional! the man that was returning one at the same time was also charged a 50.00 fee. i feel like this is done just to make a few extra bucks. The bouncy house we paid for was 112$ after all fees deposits it came up to be 180$ thats a big jump in price. I wouldn't recommend best rentals to anyone and will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

I rented a bounce house for a birthday party, first I was told the bouncer was a certain set up, then it wasn't, then the one I wanted wasn't available and I finally get a train shaped inflatable rented and when they go to load it onto our pick up, there is large rips in the sleeve. Not wanting to be held responsible for it I told the ladies in the office and they sent a young man out with a roll of duct tape to cover the holes. To say the least the inflatable when inflated it did not hold firm enough. My toddler family member slipped into the side and the entire wall buckled and essentially swallowed her, scaring her pretty badly. We had to use our own duct tape and cover as many of the holes in the bouncer as practical. Which upon inspection there were lots of rips in the seams, tears in the mesh wall sides, etc. when we told them about it they didn't even offer to make it right. Won't happen again!!! Do not rent from them!!!

I rented chairs from this company for my wedding! No where in the contract did they state anything concerning what to do in the event you receive dirty chairs. Mind you, you are renting chairs for a wedding and make it clear that you are renting chairs for a wedding so you're not thinking your chairs will be dirty and what would you need to do if they were. My chairs which were supposed to be white came and were filthy! Of'course my decorator was a professional so she immediately went into don't stress the bride lets clean the chairs mode. So they took 2 hours of time to clean the chairs. When I contacted this company they offered to give us $20 back and stated that the event already passed and they weren't given the opportunity to correct the problem and that I should have contacted them immediately. Now any bride knows that you're probably going to have someone else to receive the merchandise. Also any good director and decorator will not tell a bride that they don't want to stress out that your chairs came and by the way their dirty. Their going to do like my people did and clean them. Furthermore the chairs came on a flat pallet so they didn't know the chairs were dirty until after the delivery people had left. I highly recommend going with a different rental company! These people are very unprofessional and the merchandise is not what any reasonable person would expect! FIND S DIFFERENT COMPANY, SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE !!!
