Moved to Rocky Mount from out of state and we have been renting a short term rental until we can get to know the area. Unfortunately, When I had contacted the rental agent about the constant issue with ants everywhere in the house, his response was to "get a can of raid and this is an issue everyone has in the south". Now, I am not stupid, lived in the south most of my adult life, enough to know this is not true. The stress of not being able to live a peaceful life in this residence caused great anxiety. Then in the lease, it states that we can cancel our lease within 30 days with a written notice. unbeknownst to me, I still am required to pay the full amount of the rent even though my husbands job transferred him to another location, and per his contract, we have to live in the town of employment. Nope, don't care. Fork over the money honey because this is how we roll. Never AGAIN! I will never recommend any of their rentals!! And to make matters worse, Rocky Mount has the WORST utilities. This rentals utility bill was over 468.00 a month.. That is insane!

Does not care about clients only getting the sale/rent. Agents are rude, unprofessional, with ineffective communication, and makes you question your business with such a company. One good thing about this agency is that I know who NOT to refer anyone to for purchase or rental needs. Stay away!!!
