Just got THE WORST HAIR CUT EVER!!!!!!! On 1/16/14, after being very specific in what I wanted. Catherine Jackson told me it was only hair, when I went back to complain & she acted like she didn't care that see gave me a bad hair cut & tried to blame me. Also, the owner of HEAD TO TOE didn't care either & defended her. I asked for a refund & was told "I had already paid & too bad". NO REFUNDS. If you go to CATHERINE JACKSON, you are putting your hair at risk. You'll tell her what you want, but she will do it the way she wants to. LIKE IT OR NOT! Help me save the next victim of CATHERINE JACKSON THE HAIR BUTCHER of Rocky Mount.
