I love the food at Ichiban. Some chefs are better than others, but overall, they're all good. The scallops are the BEST I've ever had and NO ONE, and I mean NO ONE, has ginger dressing as good as theirs.

Provided by YP.comMy friends and I are frequent clients of Ichiban. It is just as good or better than any other Japanese Steak house I have ever been to, including Khanki in Raleigh and Myabi in Myrtle Beach. You'll love it.
