Jack and his crew are very knowledgeable and experienced. Received the unit earlier than expected, installed in half a day, including removal of old equipment and cleanup. Looks very nice! Jack passed on a rebate available from the manufacturer and Information about the city's Energy Share Program money back for energy efficient upgrades.

Honesty, integrity. I have years of experience with McManus Heat/Air. Mr. McManus completed inspections on homes about to be sold when I was in real estate sales and I have called him about my own heat/ air system several times. I would not hesitate to recommend this company!

Called this company 6/29/2012 at 7:30 am. The lady got my name, address, phone number and told me someone would call me back.At about 9:30 am I called and again the lady got my name, address, phone number and told me someone would call me back.About 10:00 am the owner Jack called me and said they had not received the first call.About 12:00 pm someone called me and said he could not fine my address. He was in the wrong town about 25 miles away. He asked if their company installed my unit. I told him I did not think so as it was installed by the previous owner. He then told me if they did not install it they probably would not repair or service it. He said he would call Jack (company owner) and call me back. It is now about 4:30 pm and I have not heard back from anyone with this company.About 1:00 pm I called another company and they were at my home within and hour and had it repaired in 30 minutes.I say STAY AWAY from Jack McManus Heating & Air Conditioning, LLC.

After calling twice and waiting eight days on another Heat and Air company, I called McManus Heat and Air. They earned a customer! McManus has unbeatable customer service. I called late on Monday afternoon and someone was at my door at 8:15 the next morning. The technicians that came to work on our system were extremely polite and mannerable. They were thorough, taking time to explain what was wrong and making sure I understood how to work the new thermostat. I have had several other companies come to our home over the years. Most of them tried to avoid looking at our furnace located in the back of our attic. Not this crew! They went in the attic, stayed a long time, fixed the problem and even took pictures to show me what was wrong. The technician offered to come back if I had any questions about programming the new thermostat. They took care of everything for a very reasonable fee. I am very impressed with this company and will continue to use them!
