I do not deal with BBT anymore... anywhere. I was once a good customer... But no more. They took a buy out and gave bad loans when there was the bankrupt / housing crisis. They will not work with you at all if you get in a pinch. They will just try to take your assets. Nobody is really sure what the other department is doing and North Carolina Mortgage department is also a pain to deal with.
