This company is a horrible company to work for. Unless you are Hispanic you will not work there. The workers are 90% Hispanic and if you can't speak Spanish you will not be able to be trained or keep up at this job. While working there I saw unsanitary practices despite the rules that workers are supposed to work by. The supervisors have little control over these workers. I even witnessed one supervisor tell a whole line to go home and they all stood there and didn't leave. The supervisor then just walked off. The decorating is poorly done and sometimes they are labeled and weighed incorrectly just to the get the shipment out the door. I do not recommend doing business or applying here. I have waited almost a month to try and get copies of my pay stubs send to me and still have not gotten them. Most of the workers there are working illegally using other people's social security numbers so those workers are given paper checks while the American workers are forced to do direct deposit.
