Terrible customer service and arrangement. We ordered the Garden of Serenity for my aunt Bonnie that passed away's funeral We got a call the next day that it wasn't available we can replace the Jesus centerpiece with an angel or Mary. We decided on the angel not knowing what it would look like. The arrangement is a lot smaller in person than it is online and the angel was cheaply made the glued sequins were falling off. It even still had the price sticker of the angel on her head. I called and let the people know a man answered the phone and told me to call the Martinsville one so I called and the woman that worked there was rude for different reasons 1: I told her about the sequins and she said that's how they're made, how they come to us but she said it in a hateful tone. 2: I told her about how the arrangement looks bigger online she said they're roses in a rude tone. It was snapdragons and other flowers too and I said no the whole arrangement looked smaller. She then hung up on me.
