Vicki Itson  is our primary wedding and special event planner. Vicki has lived in the Roanoke Valley all her life and has 25 years experience in the event and hospitality industry. Most recently as the Asst. Director of Events for the Hotel Roanoke & Conference Center. She has developed relationships with event professionals and can recommend the perfect vendors for your dream event.

Having worked in the hotel catering business for over two decades, she has the knowledge to ensure the event your guests will never forget!! Her extensive knowledge of food & beverage is an asset to her many clients as she can help create unique menus as well! Not to mention her experiences give her knowledge in everything from linens and decor to how to lay out your reception space.

Planning is what she does best. She knows what questions to ask of you and of your vendors to make sure there are no glitches on your big day. Prior to your event, Vicki will meet with you and with all of your vendors. She puts together the game plan and communicates everyone's duties and expectations clearly.

An added benefit to you is Vicki's extensive knowledge of food & beverage as well as event design. She also has an on-staff Executive Chef!!  This team of experts will get to know you and your guests. They work with your caterer and venue to develop a menu that will reflect who you are while staying within your budget.We can assist with:

Absolutely worth it! Vicki's advice in weddings probably saved me more money than I paid her! She knew where we could cut and where we shouldn't. She recommended the perfect vendors for me. I leaned on her more the day of that I did my mother! She was prompt in replying to my many (many) questions. I never felt like a bother to her. Thankfully she knew all the things I needed to ask my vendors and most of the time, did it for me before I even knew it needed to be done! Thanks to Vicki for making my wedding day unforgetable!
