GO ELSEWHERE EVEN IF YOU NEED TO DRIVE FARTHER! RUDE! Worst Customer Service ever at Tiger Rents in Rocky Mount VA. My husband and I returned a UHAUL trailer before the time it was due. The gates were closed and locked and we didn't see anybody. We parked where the young man who checked us out told us to if they were closed. We received email notification Easter Morning that we were being charged for another day. When we called to try and resolve the matter we were called LIARS repeatedly! While we thought the charges were unfair, the fact that we were repeatedly told we were lying and they wouldn’t even pretend to hear our position was beyond belief. We posted a negative review and they actually called us back to call us LIARS again, and tell us that they were taking steps so we could never rent from UHAUL again (works for us if this is how UHAUL headquarters thinks customers should be treated!) We have rented from other U HAUL dealers in the past and had positive experiences. We are 2 retirees with reputations of being honest and treating folks respectfully. In our 60 + years apiece, we have never been treated as rudely as Tiger Rents treated us! Just stay away!!

I rent from Tiger regularly, and they are easily the best around. They are family owned, and they just seem to care more.
