From the time we walked in the door, Sara made us feel right at home in finding our perfect recliner. She introduced herself to us and asked what we were looking for,and then showed us where to find the recliners. And then she said she would be nearby and would like for us to look at what was available and to simply call her with any questions....we liked this...so nice to be on our own until time to get her help with the final purchase...no pressure and lots of help! We definitely recommend her to help you find whatever furniture items you need for your home. This store is stocked with a great variety of furniture, and with great prices. You won't be disappointed!

Jayme helped me find quality living room furniture and entertainment center, when I had no idea what I really wanted!! She was not pushy, but calm and walked me through the entire selection of what I was interested in. Received a wonderful deal on the living room furniture, 2 end tables, lift-up coffee table, and an entertainment center, plus the 5-year warranty and 1-year delivery deal for a price that did not break my pocketbook. She explained everything thoroughly and walked me through the entire process to checkout, where Sierra walked me through each step until I left. Sierra was knowledgeable, friendly, and talked with me the entire time I was with her. Since I am originally from here, we chatted about some people we knew. When I left, I was invited back, and given several coupons and incentives to return to the Bedford, Virginia store, where I made my purchases. Thank you again!! I will be back later on this year!! Before I wasted my time running around Virginia shopping for furniture, I did a lot of research to make sure I was going to places with great brands with the best deals. When I came across Virginia Furniture Market, they had the best prices for quality furniture around! So I went to the store stoked about the prices and then was blown away by the awesome staff and vast selection available. The staff took time to educate me by answering all the questions I had and walked around the store with me as I looked at piece after piece after piece. They were so patient! Loved my experience and cannot wait to fill my home with Virginia Furniture Market furniture over the years.

The delivery guys were professional and easy going. They were careful unloading my kitchen island and putting on the top to it. We had just had our floors done so I really appreciated that. I had a really great experience and I love my kitchen island. Definitely will go back to Virginia Furniture Market for furure furniture purchases!

Brian and Dalton were extremely helpful. Someone was supposed to let then in my house and my guy wasn't there. Brian called and said he would come back if I could get there to let him in. He said he'd be here by 3:35 and he WAS! Very friendly and professional he and Dalton. It was a pleasure....

Delivery people were very efficient and careful with their delivery of our sectional and our salesperson Marylin Oakes helped to insure our sectional was delivered in a timely manner.

First time customer. I went in on February 27, 2017 spoke with sales associate Mike. He was very helpful!!! I told him my husband and I would be back on Saturday March 4th for his help on the furniture we would be needing for our new home. Immediately Mike came to us and assisted with every question. first time customer! called the store to inquire about a mattress and delivery options. Spoke to Will - very informative and pleasant. Upon arrival to the store Will met us and showed us several brands of mattresses. we decided on a Queen and Double. He offered the protection cover (which we purchased) and arranged for delivery today. Will also assisted with the purchase of 4 end tables and a recliner. EXCEPTIONAL customer service. Double mattress was not in stock - he was VERY apologetic and spoke with Donna about charging only one delivery fee. We were told b to expect delivery of the Queen mattress and tables between 3-7. Rodney and Brad arrived shortly after 3. very polite and professional. They removed old mattresses and were completely done in a quick and efficient manner. Overall experience today from phone call to in-store to delivery experience was 10+. Thank you Will -Semper Fi. Thank you Rodney and Brad����

Gina did an awesome job helping me find an Amish table for my kitchen! Working with her made me feel as if I was talking to a family member; I will be back in the future!

Purchased a couch and chair and decided the very next day to purchase an additional chair. Went back to the store and the salesperson advised the chair was now $300 more than what I paid the day before. To make it even worse, I was advised that the floor model was all they had left and it had some scuffs, but I was willing to take it. The salesperson asked the manager and he would discount the new price, but he would not budge off the price. $399 to $699 in one day. They advised they were the exclusive dealer on this and that I would not find it elsewhere. I will never grace their doorstep again.
