Rocky Point Middle School employs a staff of more than 90 full-time, certified teachers and paraprofessionals. Its staff includes a social worker, psychologist, reading coach, speech pathologist, special education aides, guidance counselors, media specialists, technology coordinators and classroom teachers. Rocky Point Middle School offers academic classes in a variety of subjects, such as English, foreign languages, family and consumer science, social studies, fine and performing arts, music, science, technology studies, and health and physical education. The school is a part of the Rocky Point Union Free School District and is located in Rocky Point, N.Y. Rocky Point Middle School teaches students in grades six through eight.
