I have a tried many different cleaning services and with all of them i had problems with. About 6 months ago i found Teresa's Family Cleaning , i booked a day to see how i felt about them ,after finishingcleaning they asked me if i needed anything else cleaned after looking around everything was spotless i like that they use nontoxic chemicals to clean the houses and clean in and out of everything and it was done perfectly !

Ive been with Teresa's Family Cleaning for the last year, and Ive never had a problem. Its WONDERFUL!! I had a birthday party for my son and i wanted to make sure the house was nice but i was to busy running around getting things ready for the party , i called Teresa's at the last minute and they got me in, my house looked beautiful after they were finished . Grate service !!!!

I have tried to get in touch with this company for two weeks, calling them during regular business hours and leaving them messages. They never got back to me. But after reading some of these reviews I am glad they didn't - they sound horrible. I am still upset they lack the decency and professionalism of at least returning a prospective customer's call.

I am a cancer survivor. Teresa the owner of the company donated her services to me for no fee. I am so thankful. The ladies showed up and cleaned my whole place because i am unable to do so myself. Thank you.

I hired Teresa's cleaning service to come clean my house before I was having a large holiday gathering in mid-December. I originally booked the service in late October with the owner. In late November I called back with a question and spoke with someone else and they had no record of me ever booking the original service. I rebooked, supplying all my contact information and details of the home again. The day before the scheduled service I received 3 phone calls from 3 different employees. The first was to tell me what time to expect the maids. The second was to tell me the maids were not coming due to a booking conflict. The third was to tell me a different time frame of when to expect the maids. 2 maids arrived at my house for a 2 hour scheduled cleaning. They were only at my house for 1 hours and 50 minutes. This time included me showing them the home and what I expected, them going over paperwork with me and it also included someone from the office calling my personal cell phone and asking to speak to the cleaner, which I found intrusive. The maids did not bring any kind of step stool and I saw them climbing on my dining room chairs to clean the ceiling fans and light fixtures! After the maids left I discovered what a poor job they did. I had to go over every surface again. I also found a broken figurine. I called the company to complain and the owner answered. When I told her what happened she put me on hold and then passed me off to yet another employee. They did not apologize to me and instead were very rude. The owner of this company olbviously doesn't care for her customers and she has passed this attitude on to her many disjointed and disorganized staff members. I was so disappointed and I will never hire them again. The office staff and the maids all provided equally poor service.

AWSOME!!! Great job. I booked last minute for my big 4th of July party when my cleaning company canceled me and they squeezed me in last second. professional kind trustworthy. The house looked great! Every one at the party asked if i had gotten new stainless steal appliances. haha no but they sure where shiny thanks Teresa and your miracle workers!!!

I had called Teresa's Family Cleaning after I had a mastectomy, and they provided me with excellent service. ALL FOR FREE. I had been on a waiting list for free cleaning and as my date approached for my surgery I still hadn't gotten comfirmation from another company I applied to. It's now a week after my surgery and I couldnt do anything, so I called Teresa's told them about my situation and all I had to do was fax over a letter from my Doctor. The crew came over and cleaned, and it was just such a relief to have this service. They were great and I highly recommend them. This was such a blessing and a relief.

I picked this company because they advertise about helping the disabled. The two ladies arrived. I had asked for the basement walls to be wiped down and lemon oiled. They did not have lemon oil or panel spray, I only had a half bottle and a can of pledge. Then I asked for the... 4 basement windows to be washed. 1 only on the inside. They said they could not climb ladders, "oh only 2 steps" fine I said I have a 2 step ladder. Instead of vacuuming the few webs on the ceiling, they knocked them down causing them to both have a 10 min. coughing contest. They said it was damp and moldy in the basement. Well the company knew they were coming to clean up after a pipe burst. But I had the Professional Company "Servpro" here and thet professionally dried all the rooms and sprayed fungiside and tested for humidity. There were alot of wall space they did not have to clean, like behind the stero,tv,freezer,refrigerator and 1 wall is all bookshelves.Or behind the bar. So it was nothing but complaints. I asked the company could they do other cleaning if they had time which they did already tell me they could. While I was downstairs, one of them came up and wrote on the contract " to do basement as contracted only" These two no way was going to do anything else. 1 window was refused to be done because there was a refrigerator in front. I told her I had a long handled cleaner. Neither would go upstairs under the sink to get it. Then they said they could not clean a cement floor. I only wanted damp moped. I was thoughly disgusted. I did not want to sign their paper and the women said "you have to" I did but was then very annoyed at their total attitude. Then I told her I was not happy with their work, I told her why. I said I thank you for the work you did but you did not exerte yourselves. It is a lot of money to pay a company $89.00an hour and for 2 people each and you had to pay for a minimun of 2 hours. TOTAL BILL $200.00 - %25.00 1st time off coupon. VERY SAD. They use the cover that they are special to help disabled but I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.
