This is the closest store to me and I will drive farther to avoid this store. I made a phone call to the store when my phone died thinking they would help me in the time crunch I was in. I would totally understand if its not possible but I did not expect to be treated so rudely by this woman on the phone! She was short, rude and didn't even try to help or advise me on what the best way for me to get a new phone. When your phone dies and you count on your phone for everything you would think of all people the staff at a phone store would be understanding or at least apologetic for not being able to assist. I asked simple questions about how long it would take to purchase a new phone, and a estimated wait time. She knew I needed a new phone and it was a possible sale for that store? The Rocky River store at West Gate will not get my business. I work in the customer service industry and it would not be ok for me to talk to a customer the way I was spoken to. Very disappointed!

Christine and Mike are very helpful, have been coming in rocky river store for years no complaints or problems. Support the litte at@t store in River.

The people are extremely helpful and knowledgeable I have been doing business with this store for 12 years now and I send all my family and friends there I will leave at&t before I will go to another store Kristine, Brian and Mike are the best
