And authentic flavor can't be rushed, so we cook low and slow for up to 14 hours serving you barbecue that's worthy of our Carolina inspiration. Every sandwich is hand-pulled or sliced to order giving you that deep-down smoky flavor. Scratch-made sides, headlined by "Simply the World's Greatest Baked Beans," hand-rolled hushpuppies and your choice of creamy or vinegar coleslaw are prepared daily by our True Q Team who are quick to offer guests their favorite suggestions.
