My original experience with Rania was back in the day when she first worked out of her home. She exceeded what I asked for and even bought me pizza when I said I was hungry. Now that she's expanded & even harder to book, I still find her generosity is still there. Everyone books with Rania b/c no one else in Cleveland does updo-s, color treatments, weaves, and wax like she does. I've been to Buthayna, Elias, and even Ahlam, b/c they're cheaper but I got what I paid for b/c the results were sub-par. In fact, many girls go to work for her so she can apprentice & teach them her techniques (before they go into business for themselves). You can look at her facebook & let her work speak for itself. The only con I can think of is that she gets crazzzzy busy on the weekends b/c alot of brides book her. So I would make an appointment during the week instead if you can.

DO NOT go to this salon. This salon is very unorganized and is way overpriced for such poor work. I came to this salon on my wedding day recently, which surprisingly was recommended by many. For myself and my bridal group I paid $1000. At this salon on my wedding day, I did not feel comfortable. I was watching the girls slather their hands all over my bridal groups face with makeup, ripping hair strands out of their hair and expensive extensions. On your wedding day you do not want to feel rushed and in a hurry. You want to look beautiful and feel good about yourself. The girls their did not take their time on us and just seemed like they wanted to go home. They literally spent a couple minutes on my group and myself and then they were "done." Including the owner of this salon, Rania. Rania was working on my hair and I told her many times that I DID NOT like the style. I asked her to redo it and her response was, "No I Don't Have Any Time." I was so disappointed because on my day I want to feel like a princess and instead my bridal group and I felt so pathetic. In my culture, this is a one and only experience so this is something that I will NEVER forget. Thanks to Rania's Hair Salon I will NEVER recommend it to my big family or any of my friends. Why would I for such a rushed, overpriced, and unsatisfactory experience. The only reason why I give it one star is because my thousand dollars went with it.
