amazing service, friendly clean and overall wonderful experience. i will suggest their services over and over again and is worth waiting a few extra minutes to be picked up

One star, that's for the one lady that answered the phone that is respectful in the entire company~ This is the WORST cab company EVER, unprofessional, always late by at least 45 minutes and when you call back to check, somehow your call was NEVER dispatched, Really Westlake Cab Company???? You guys should consider revamping your entire business or shut down before someone brings a law suit against you. RealTalk

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They are the absolute worst. They never showed up and everything about them is extremely unprofessional. I will NEVER attempt to use this company again. Do not even bother calling!!

Failed to show up at 530 this morning despite me calling to confirm last night. Never again!

Awful customer service. Dispatchers are rude. Waited over an hour on a Monday afternoon. Shame on me, because this is not my first, second or third bad experience with them. Never will use again

I use them all the time and have never had a problem, except one time, which was unavoidable due to weather. They called several times to let me know the cab would be late and eventually we wound up driving. However, they tried VERY hard to accomodate us and so, I never use any other cab service.

I waited 1 hr and 45 minutes for a cab. First, nobody put my order in. Then I called again after an hour and a half and asked to speak with a supervisor. The phone rang for 6 minutes and nobody ever answered. I called back AGAIN and the obscenely rude dispatcher yelled at me and hung up on me. Oh, I live less than a block from the depot too.

I think the drivers here are always friendly. I once even lost my wallet and a driver let me pay the next day. Low fares!

I love there cab service, yea they take a little while to get there, but thats because they have other people waiting to get a cab, not just you, but you cant beat there rates, there rates are under ten dollars wich is not bad at all

They are money hungry for downtown and won't even. Other picking you up in westlake or rocky river its a joke. They suck and I waited over an hour and all they could say was we don't have a time we will call you sometime when someone cane pick you up. They suck and will never call again.

This Place is a sorry excuse of a Taxi Company, they are rude on the phone. The driver who picked me up was late, smelled funny, and was dirty. He also got mad when I wanted to use a credit card, so I used cash and then when I gave him a $5 tip for a $10 run he then looked at me and said "thats all?" I called the company and all they did is say "there is nothing they can do!" I will never call them again and if you need a time ordered ride, I really suggest calling Wolley Taxi or Ace Taxi, I used Ace Taxi once and they were ok, but I tried Wolley Taxi several times now and wow they are on time, the cab driver was clean, his taxi was a clean new Impala, it smelled amazingly good, and when I wanted to use a credit card the driver was happy to accept it every time. So its up to you but I say never call Westlake Cab Company...

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE! THEY WILL RUIN YOUR NIGHT WAITING.... CALLED FOR A 5:30 TAXI AND THEY WERE 2 HOURS LATE. I MISSED MY EVENT. NEVER AGAIN.

This company does not answer the phone. And when they do they are rude and basically act as if they are doing you a favor by even talking to you. HIGHLY recommend calling a different company for taxi service

Don't know how good the taxi service is, but whoever answers the phone is rude. I think I'd walk before having to call them again.

I got 2 rides from 2 different cab drivers and they were both very polite and right on time. The fair was 1/2 the price I was expecting. This cab service is definitely essential to any Friday or Saturday night!!!
