New Horizons Career Development Center was founded in 2005 and represent pathways for success in areas such as job preparation, re-entry programs, GED and BATC workshops. Our primary funding agency is ConocoPhillips in addition to other supporting organizations. New Horizons is now affiliated with the One Stop Career Centers in San Pablo and Concord. Volunteering at the Center is encouraged and our Volunteers have worked an estimated 2808 hours.New Horizons MISSION is to Empowerr individuals to become self sufficient so they may live enriched and fulfilling lives.'
