Hello. I frequently go to this particular academy I'm Roger's. Xmas shopping, birthday shopping etc for my family of 5. Yesterday, me and my little boys went in there shopping for my husband some clothing and another costumer has his bulmastiff dog in the store shopping. The man did have him on a leash. The problem​I had, was the man allowed the dog to come over to me and my small children sniffing us up a d down. It was so rude . And when I backed me and my children up, to let the man know we were obviously I'm comfortable with him allowing his dog to do this. His response was ah, his nice. When we went to the register to check out I asked the young man, when did academy allow people to bring there big animals into the clothing / sports store and he let me know that the store has no problem letting people bring there pets. Although, we have a family dog, and I understand the bond . I let the employee know what happened and how I don't allow my children to go sniff up and intrude on other costumers, and he quickly rudely changed the subject and totally dismissed my visit while there at academy. I understand, the desire academy may have at wanting all there customers to feel welcome inside there store with there companions. But also, academy has a obligation to those that shop for clothing and don't expect to be walking into a dog park. That dog stunk, and was rubbing all over the clothing sniffing up clothing and customers and my kids. Very upset....

Customer service in guns & ammo sucks. Can't wait for Cabela's to arrive!
