I came into Auntie Anne's on Tuesday, April 21 about 4:00 p.m. with a couple of students who had been at a journalism convention with me in Rogers. Another student and I had ordered cinnamon and sugar nuggets. Christian took our order. He said it would be 5-7 minutes because he had to make them, and I said we would wait, and I paid him. Well, instead of making our order, he proceeded to wait on a long line of customers who were behind us. Suspecting that he hadn't even begun our order, I stepped up to the counter and asked him very nicely if he had started our order and he said, "No, I have to wait on my customers." I said, "Well I am your customer and I was in front of all these people." He told me in a low voice that if I didn't like it, he could just refund my money! Another woman in line also ordered cinnamon and sugar nuggets, and he dissuaded her firmly and sold her plain ones instead, which was not what she wanted! I felt like I was in the Twilight Zone receiving such poor service and then being treated so rudely! He handed us our order at 4:19 p.m. I feel like we waited 15-20 minutes. This all occurrred in front of junior high school kids. I asked Christian who owned the store, and he said someone named "Regina," but that he didn't know her last name.

This occurred at Store #109 at the Pinnacle Hills mall in Rogers, Ark.
