You will mount four specimens, which are provided. Classroom tools are provided. One fish; one shoulder mount deer; one bird and one life sized mount. These mounts go home with you for reference and to begin your own taxidermy studio. That’s easily $2,000 worth of specimens! You will learn to measure capes and various tanning techniques; tips and tricks to make your work more lifelike and detailed than the average taxidermist. Bring your camera for close ups of key techniques for reference guides when you go home. You will receive a framed certificate of completion at the end of the course.
