So we all know Chick Fil A is amazing. The hubby and I just got done eating at the Pleasant Grove location and they were packed!!! So we ordered our food and sat down, and waited and waited. Saw a few people who got there food that got there after us and get there food before us. The manager comes to our table said he was gonna check on our food, we didn't ask him he just saw we had been waiting awhile. He came back with our food, I had our receipt in my hand and the manager said here I'll take care of that. We got done eating and getting ready to leave and the manager comes up to us and said I've refunded your meal, I'm sorry for the wait, we try to get our food out quicker than that, 11 minutes is to long of a wait. We we're shocked, didn't ask, and we weren't upset with the wait, but that's amazing customer service and great present for our 12 year wedding anniversary.
