I'll admit I usually don't enjoy dealing with salesmen, but the experience my wife and I had at Hank's was actually very good! Steve showed us around the floor, helping us find the glider and ottoman we were looking for. He wasn't pushy, and he listened patiently to what we were looking for. Big plus for me! The selection was very good there, and Steve spent a lot of time helping us out! Jacob was also very good at helping us with the checkout. A very pleasant experience! I actually took the time to write a review, which I never do. Happy customer! Thanks guys!

Justin and Luis have great customer service skills. I have been in several times and each time I was treated with respectful and helpful service.

I originally called to get a price on a couch I liked. The gentleman I spoke with was very professional and nice, Kelvin is his name. Later that evening my husband and I came into the store and we met Kelvin in person. He was not pushy or did not try to sell us what he thought we should get. He let us look around at our own pace and only gave his opinion when we asked. We were literally in and out of the store within less than 1 hour. We ended up purchasing a couch, recliner, end tables, and a glider chair. We will be back for future purchases! Thanks, Kelvin for your awesome customer service!

Buyer beware they do not like to take returns. 25% restocking fee so you only get 75% of your money back. Also only refunds 75% of warranty on furniture you returned.

My couch broke in half on the bottom!! Only have had it 3 months!!

The original sales person was great. He had an emergency with a client and had to leave so another gentlemen had to help. We bought 2 love seats 1 couch 2 end tables and one coffee table. He didn't mention the tables were from the floor they had dings that the maintenance crew had to buff out and paint over. Over the holiday 3 family members sat on the couch and the wood on the bottom front of the couch just snapped in half. They are not big people either. I gave 4 stars because the original sales person gave us a discount for the dings on the tables.

My husband and I purchased a couch and love seat last weekend. The sales people weren't pushy at all; we were able to walk the entire store, sit on whatever we wanted, and were left alone to make our own decision. Occasionally our salesperson, Harry, would let us know what kind of deal was going on for the couch we were considering but he did so very professionally. Once we made our decision, he quickly helped us check out and gave us an excellent deal. We requested delivery service for the following weekend, and that also went off without a problem. Charles and Jenn were fast, efficient, and friendly. We love our new furniture and the excellent customer service we received from start to finish!

My husband and I came in Friday just to look around, and were greeted by Kate. She let us wander, but was close enough if we had questions. We ended up purchasing a couch, dining set and two rugs. She was great, can't wait to work with her again. Thank you!
