I really hope someone from JJ’s reads this.

Their food would be really good if they would season any of their meats and onion rings. Their chicken and burgers have zero seasoning. Their onion rings would be some of the best if they would at least salt them when they come out of the fryer. I asked once if they would season or at least salt the onion rings before they brought them out. I was told that I could just salt them when they brought them out. That doesn’t work because by the time you get them, no salt will stick.

Whoever is in charge of the food in their kitchen must have a very sensitive platé and seasons (or doesn’t) based on what they like. I’m always disappointed with the food there. Only reason we still go is because the kid loves their fries. I haven’t eaten at any of the other locations so I’m not sure if it’s the same at those locations.

I look at it this way with all restaurants, if the food isn’t good plain then it isn’t good. If I can order a burger with nothing on it and it’s not good then anything you put on it is only good because of someone else’s sauces.
