When my family and I attempted to buy 3 tickets for our Mother's day outting, Saturday May 12th for the 440 showing of Avengers. We were promptly told that it was sold out. I clearly saw that the board was not sold out. When I asked, the two guys behind the counter said it will say sold out when there are zero seats. So then I said, "So you do have seats to sell"? I was then told they could only sell so many tickets. I felt this was extremely embarassing and rude. I even told the guys that the policy was crap. We drove over Malco for the sole purpose of seeing nothing more than catching the movie and enjoying our day. Thanks to these two guys and their policy that did not happen. I emailed Malco to let them know what happened. And as I told them I don't see why I should ever consider spending another dollar there. I know that it's going to be a while before I ever go back, if ever. We watch a lot of movies and honestly I know they aren't losing much by not selling us three tickets yesterday but I know we did. UPDATE 5/24: In my email I found a reply from Malco. I was impressed that one they addressed the issue that we had on May 12th, 2012. But in addition told me about their policy on not selling out the theatre because of scattered single seats or the only option was front row only. I felt that while maybe the guys at the ticket counter could have explained this there is no use to beat to death what has already been done. I really like the fast, open and honest approach that Customer Service has showed my family, and we will be seeing more movies at Pinnacle Hill. Customer Service proves as long as someone is willing to fix, make it right, or improve the current policy than mistakes and problems are just that. In Short, Malco has fantastic customer service. ~ Twylia
