Poor Communication & Services

I am using this public forum is because there is not a place to email or call in the Rogers, AR Physician Clinic to submit complaints and/or offer suggestions. You get the run around when calling.

I set up an appointment for a 3-D ultrasound. I was informed that if would be about an hour & cost $150.00 up front. They knew I was having twins. The afternoon before my appt they called & told me it $150.00/baby due up front & the appt is longer. The problems: they failed to communication total upfront cost at apt scheduling & refused to compromise on the second $150.00 though it was their error.

I called them to see if they would keep the apt at the original time to keep the cost. They would not compromise.

Suggestion

- Offer women w/ multiples -option to extend the appt to accommodate the number of babies they are carrying.

- Establish a set number of pictures that is to be printed for each 45 time slot. The parents should be able they want to print.

I encourage people to look for services elsewhere.
