A complete lack of respect towards the customer base.
At one point my entire family and friends shopped exclusively at this location. On my last visit, I found out that all the employees "no longer worked there and not to ask again!" The new crew treated me as if I was a criminal and I was refused service. The store was a ghost town, with literally zero customers in the middle of a Saturday. What was the management thinking??? Oh well, I guess the owners of this store don't really care to lose large amounts of loyal customers. There is always online since I learned enough from the past crew to know what I should buy. Truly a sad day for NWA
