Can't speak to the sales department or their products, but the service department is horrible. They kept my bike for months without doing any work while "looking for parts." When I was finally able to get a hold of them and find out what was going on, it took me literally 10 minutes to find the part myself using Google. I had it shipped to the shop, and a month after it was delivered (delivery confirmation) they had still not even tried to replace it, then said it was the wrong part.



At no point during the entire time they had the bike did they ever call with a status report or an update. I had to track them down to find out anything at all.



In short, I dropped off a bike that was operable but needed some minor repairs and a brake job. After more than 4 months, I brought it back with NO repairs and then discovered a stuck throttle from when they were presumably poking it with sharpened sticks while ooking and eeking like shaved apes.



I would not trust these guys to gas up a lawnmower, let alone work on a vehicle that your life depends on while riding.

This store does not give full disclosure about it products even when asked. I would recommend that anyone considering buying from this buisness seriously reconsider doing so. As I said "Buyer Beware"
