I arrived 5/17/18 as soon as they opened at 8am
I informed them I wanted my muffler/exhaust fixed and that I had a check engine light on and explained I went to AutoZone to diagnose and brought them the info of what was wrong with it.
Around mid day they called and let me know my muffler was $149.99 after labor and that the other part which they diagnosed themselves without my want was going to be about $500. I told them I didn’t want that fixed because it wasn’t even the same part I had explained to them was diagnosed at AutoZone. Around 3pm I called them asking when it was going to be done. After all I was one of the first there and it was just a muffler fix. They said oh did you need it?! Then said yeah we will try to get it done by end of day.
End of day comes along and they charge me 149.99 for the muffler then a $90 diagnostic fee for something I had already diagnosed and brought the info in for. To avoid the diagnostic fee in the first place. That morning when I tried to give them the AutoZone paper with the $40 part needed they refused it and said that’s okay we will get it. Of course that clearly meant that’s okay we will diagnose ourselves and charge you $90 as well that morning I told them I wanted the cheapest option, he told me that would be $50 now that I look at my receipt he charged me $75

They coded my 2000 Durango stating I needed to replace my dual catalytic converters and sensors for $779. A friend recommended another place who diagnosed the converters and found they were fine and all I needed was one sensor replaced total cost for parts, labor, and diagnosis $179. DO NOT TRUST SEEBURG

when I got my client car service with new front brakes they were very polite and very detailed on the job very fast and friendly I will definitely go back very affordable

I am very leery of mechanics in general but I wouldnt hesitate to bring your vehicle here.



After taking my personal vehicle to them I also switched to Seeburg for our company cars.
