I bet there is a lot more to his story. So a quick search on google confirmed I was correct. This shop has exceeded my expectations more than once.
I recommend them.

Provided by YP.comVery disappointing experience. Repair took 3 times as long as estimated completion. Overall completion took 40 days for a minor deer accident. The fit and look of the job was terrible when it was completed. Mechanical issues were present as well. I returned my Mercedes and further issues were present after another 15 day wait. Overall, 5 bulbs were not working on the front end. I have had good luck with them in the past, but I won't be back. This is not a good body shop.

Provided by YP.comNot a good omen when it takes them 3 weeks to get parts...and they have a "policy" that they don't begin work until all parts are in? 5+ weeks is their supposed completion schedule. I hope it's perfect because I'll never sign off on the funds for them to be paid.. Go to Dave's Auto Body...best guys around!!

Don't go here unless you like dirt in your paint! They also don't know how to tell the truth in this shop. Very poor customer service!

Provided by YPmobileI had my daughters 2011 Land Rover taken to these guys after a pretty major accident. They told us the first part of July that the car should be ready in 4 to 6 weeks. 3 weeks later they called my daughter and told her it would be finish in 3 days. Great news....well they finally had the car ready to return Sept. 5th. When I went to pick up the car some of the molding was loose so I told them it needed to be fixed and that they needed to clean the inside of the car where they had gotten grease and dirt on the seats and carpet. When we picked it up the second time and drove it the wind noise was so bad coming from the divers door it was hard to hear the radio. My wife picked it up this past week and when I got in it today the car still has major wind noise coming from the passenger door. So back to the shop it goes again Monday. It's obvious to me that these people take no pride in there work and the mangers running the shop have zero customer service skills.

In regards to your review, we never want to contradict a customer, but this was an issue of an insurance deductible not the quality of the repair. If your vehicle did indeed require additional work after leaving our facility we invite you to bring the receipts for this work for reimbursement.
