My husband did a ton of research for different shelters from different companies, and for our family and our location Tornado Tough Shelters was the best option for us. My husband contacted the company and in about 3 weeks time the shelters was installed at our home. The gentlemen that dug the hole for the shelter was at our home by 10:30 am by 11:30 am the truck with the shelter showed up and the whole shelter was in stalled before 1:30 pm. During the install Jason called to check on how everything was going and if we were satisfied with the installation process. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone!
