Ordering was a little difficult, we had to make a second order because the cashier didn't get some of the things we ordered. It took a long time to find a table because they were all dirty, even though it wasn't busy. Only four tables were occupied when we walked in. I ended up cleaning one of the less-dirty ones with a napkin. When our food came, it was missing 4 sandwiches, and we had to ask for ketchup since the dispenser by the soda fountain was empty. I had to get napkins from a different table because the dispenser on our table was full of crumbs. My daughter's sandwich was ordered plain, but had a few onion pieces in it from being made on a dirty sandwich table. The meat on all the sandwiches was so dry it was hard to swallow. The manager could be seen in the back, talking, the whole time we were there. 4 different employees walked past a table covered in trash, looked at it, but didn't clean it up. The visible areas are always very dirty; I'd hate to see the kitchen. My son needed to use the restroom, but with everything so dirty I wouldn't let him use the one at Hardee's, I took him to another restaurant nearby. None of the employees seemed to be trying to work hard, and one rolled her eyes when I told her the ketchup dispenser was empty. All in all, this place is so dirty that its a potential hazard, and the employees and managers are lazy and rude. We likely won't be back.
