Great service. I was contacted before the delivery so I had time to arrange for payment. Office was polite and kind. Delivery driver came and I received an email saying it was delivered.

Had a billing issue we couldn't resolve from the first time they filled our tank. This left around $90 unpaid. We had them come out 1-2 times a year. In September of year 4, a driver shows up with out notice to pick up their 100 gallon. I was told the amount owed had been written off and the company thought no one lived at our residence any more, even though that week or the next is when we usually ordered propane. The tank had 15% left in it when thry picked it up. I have been contacted by someone in billing to work out the same unpaid amount from our first interaction. Otherwise they would proceed with legal action. I have not been contacted about the propane that was left in the tank. I have reported this to the BBB.
