These folks went above and beyond expectations to get my septic and drain lines clear. Outstanding service and very reasonable price. I would recommend them to anyone.

Called got quote over the phone they came out cleaned the dirt off of my septic tank . stuck the pipe in pumped it all out.used the water hose rinsed it out. He had me to go flush my toilets . they wouldn't go down .so he got some stuff out of my line . then a big gush of water came out. Flushed toilets again . they worked this time. I am a very happy customer. Paid them what they said it would be plus gave them 20. For lunch on me. Would call them again . very nice folks.

I just ran across this, i had my tank cleaned out over a year ago, charged me what they said on phore , cleaned out tank, cleaned out my house line and really did a good job, im very happy with there service, had no problems at all. and my mother-n-law refered them too me, she really likes them too , Thank you Anna Wineder, whitesburg Tn

I was told they would be there before 4:00PM, the showed up at 8:00PM, the price was very high. When we gave them a check they refused it and demanded cash, we did not have that kind of money laying around,it was 10:00PM They demanded we go to ATM and get cash, we got $200.00 in cash and paid the rest by check which they wanted it made out to the owner and not the company so that makes us think they are not reporting there earnings to the IRS. SO BUYER BE WARE WE WILL NEVER CALL THEM AGAIN

VERY SATISFIED I live on Melinds ferry rd, after having 3 plumbers at by house 2 with roto rooters COULD NOT unclog my pipes , 1 plumber charged 175.00 the2nd 165.00 the 3rd charged 210.00 and they( never got it going,) So I called Price's to come to see what they could do, they gave me a quote over the phone, and said they go from tank to house and they would have to pump tank and see what they could do, They arrived on time, uncovered dirt off tank, cleaned out the tank , then perceded to unstop my drains, they worked over 2 hrs trying to get it opened up, they did everything they knew to do, Mr Price told me what ever had it was stuck bad, and they only thing else to do was dig up the line, i waited outside to see what they found in the line,they dug up about 20 to 30 feet of line and found it, it was tree roots wrapped around butt wipes and lysole wipes, that says FLUSHABLE , well they are not good for your lines or septic tanks, Mr,Price gave me the bill,and apologised for it taking him so long to unstop my lines,and it was about 50.00 CHEAPER than what they quoted over the phone, I GAVE HIM THE 50.00 because I was so happy to get to take a shower , after 4 days of poop in my tub, SO I AN VERY SATISFIED WITH PRICE OF SERVICE AND ALL THEY DONE TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM, I would definitely use them again,and would recommend them to everyone that needs work done,

I used Price's back in the spring 2017, Called got a quote over the phone, They came out to pump out the tank,did a very good job, It really surprised me how clean and neat they were sucking out crap. They washed out the inside of my septic tank with the water hose, that really blew my mine , they had me to flush my camode 2 or 3 times,and other than the fresh dirt ,you couldn't see that anything had been done,Mr Price said that my line from my house to my tank was broke,And he showed me what he was talking about, the water from the house wasn't running in right,It was like jumping in then it would stop and start again, with just 1 flush, I ask for a quote on the repair,I told him I'd let him know, So I called around,finally got three more quotes, took over three weeks to get other contractors too look at it, They all were about 50.00 in the difference . I set up appointment with Price's, they gave me a call to let me know they were on their way, they were on time to app.Did a wonderful job, an/d did repairs 100.00 under quote, So I would recommend them to everyone, I was very satisfied

They do a great job and at a very reasonable price ,,,,,,,, I own rental property in Hawkins co, I use Price Septic ALL the time, I live out of town , so they take before they dig, after they have uncovered it, several pics during the pump out pic of the bottom, empty, i have used their service's about 20 times, Not ever had an issue with them,I have a maintains man that says also that they DO, a great job, he also used them at his house,plus I have a childhood friend that lives in New market, way back in the country.(the deep woods) that had a sewage emergency, she had papoo every where,on saturday night, It was in her washing machine and dishwasher.(what a mess she had) , she called the man that she uses, told him what she had going on,plus couldn't use her bathrooms at all, He told her he doesn't work weekends or after 5 pm, I couldn't believe he told her that,So I told her I'd call my people and see if he would do anything about it,I called him at home at 930pm, and without hesatation, he ask for her address,said to tell her he'd be there soon as they can, She couldn't believe it,and I couldn't either, In the middle of the night, They did a great job,And charged a REASONABLE PRICE, So I just cant believe that they over charged anyone, I would NEVER use anyone else....Stellamae.

We were charged $400 each for three septic tanks. Last time we had them done they charged $250 each so I was quite shocked at my bill. Also was told it had to be paid in cash. I ended up paying part cash and part check which I made out to Price Septic. I called them to cancel the fourth septic I was having pumped the next day and was told they need a new check made out to Patricia Price. I will never use them again.
