Folks, don't let the previous grouchy reviews prevent you from patronizing Apollo. I have been depending on them for my CPAP needs for over eight years and I have to tell you that I have been treated like royalty. These are great, competent, caring people.

Horrible. Disgusting. Rude.

The reviewer before me here must have had the same experience as I did. They immediately got defensive with me, used extortion-like tactics to try to get me to pay an unreasonable and outrageous price for a misplaced item, and then when I wouldn't cave, they made up a price and decided that they would retroactively charge me an exorbitant monthly rental fee for the item for the last seven months. The paperwork was clearly falsified because they made up a service date that was over two months past the date the patient had died. In addition, they had picked up all of their equipment back in May, it had been signed off on, and then out of the blue, six months later, they sent an invoice (the one with the made-up date) saying that we owed them for the missing item. Stay far far away from these people. They are experts in passive-aggressive behavior, unprofessionalism, arrogance and rudeness. There are great oxygen and medical supply providers out there. Apollo is NOT one of them.

Do not use this business! They are dishonest, rude, and unethical. Their business practices are shoddy, their paperwork is consistently incorrect or lacking completely. If they decide they don't like you, they will make up prices as they go along and charge you whatever they feel like. If you disagree, you don't get your life saving equipment back, they will just keep it. They don't care if you die as long as they win the battle and get the 50 cents they say you owe them.

I gave them one star because this website required at least one, otherwise I would have given them -5.
