I recently bought 2 cell phone hunting camera's that send pictures from my cameras to my cell phone. I couldn't figure out how to get them working. I took them to AT&T in Rolla, MO and they worked on them for a long time until they found out how to get them working correctly. They are very knowledgeable and did not stop until the problem was fixed. I will be returning there if I have any more issues. Thanks again guys! TOP NOTCH!!!!

They never answer their phone!!!! I have been trying to call for 2 hours!!!!!!

I went to the AT&T Store in Rolla yesterday to get a phone cover. I was greeted at the door by a young man that asked what I needed. When I told him I needed a phone cover he said: "Go over there" as he pointed. I went "over there" and found what I needed, when I brought it to a different sales person, he informed me that it wouldn't work on my phone. I asked how he new that and he informed me that he just knew. I asked if there was some marking I was looking for and he said no. I then asked how I was going to get a cover if I didn't know. He said, "Go over there." I felt like "Go over there", was the same as "You are only spending $50.00 and not getting a new phone, so get out of my way." I told the man, "No, I am not going over there, the only place I am going is out the door." I handed him back the phone cover and left. Normally there are lots of people there but last night the place was almost empty and sales associates were standing around. I can get better "service" anywhere.
