I called at 8:22 to place a to go order for one Montana burger. I was told 10-15 minutes. I arrived at 8:30, and parked in the marked spots for to go orders. Several waitresses looked out the window at me, made eye contact, and a few even walked out right past me without saying anything concerning why I was there. After being seen and not acknowledged, I then called to ask if I was supposed to come in. About 5 minutes later (8:44pm) the server brought my bag, didn't say one word to me on who I was, what I ordered, etc (I could've taken someone else's order), she yanked my card out of my fingers and went back inside, leaving the bag in my window. Brought the card back, I signed and she yanked that out of my hand as well and went back inside. After getting home, the food was the worst I've ever had from Rolla's Colton's. There were literally 7 French fries, and the medium well burger was black, burnt black and dry. The car side service has been decreasing significantly in the past few months, as I order quite often, but now am no longer wanting to do so if I'm going to be treated as a bother and receive poor quality food. I don't know what else to do, as I've already attempted to speak to the manager and they hang the phone up every time. Management is useless in this establishment. Corporate needs to come back and retrain 80% of the employees.
