Provided by YP.comWhen we arrived at this Denny's it took several minutes for the waitress to seat us, she appeared to be the only one working, while two other employees were sitting in a booth talking, and a third one was leaning over the booth talking to them also. We were seated and brought our drinks. We then proceeded to wait for more than 5 minutes for our order to be taken, and at this point we raised our hands to get the servers attention. She stomped over and with a very sassy attitude informed us that we did not need to raise our hands, we were no longer in school and that she was getting to us. ( this is after our hands have been raised for at least a solid minute.) We ordered the baja burgers. Everything about this experience was terrible down to the food. The burger was so greasy, the tortilla chips ( which were under cooked and chewy) were soaked with the grease from the burger. It was so greasy, the chips were inedible. The toppings on the inside were out of the tortilla before it even arrived to our table. The grease was so much, we had to ask for more napkins, since the one that came with our silverware was not near enough to sop up the mess. The server, who had not checked on us, was busy talking to the customer who had just ordered coffee, again we raised our hands because she would not make eye contact with us since she was talking to the lady who only ordered coffee. After several minutes of hand raising ( which the other staff noticed, but didn't move from the booth where they were talking.) the server finally turned around. She brought us the napkins, we requested. Several minutes after that, we ran out of water and again, we had to flag the server down to fill our drinks. Now, as I picked up the 2nd half of my burger, wedged on the back, inside part of the burger was a big nasty hair. Again, I had to flag the server down, and told her. She offered to replace it for me, I was so disgusted with all the events that had happened I did not want another tasteless greasy burger. I declined and she said she would take it off my bill . When we got our receipt, they had taken ONLY the price of the meal off. Not the tax. Is 24 cents really that big of a deal? NO. but it's the principal. This was the worst experience I have ever had at Denny's and we will not be returning and we will never ever recommend anyone to eat here unless this is addressed.
