I got a coupon in the mail for my birthday for a free oil change and tire rotation. When I went to pick my car up, I was told the oil they used wasn't covered and I owed them $12. I paid it, but I have never been back and I will never go back. I had thought the purpose of the coupon would be to find new business. In my case, it cost them a customer for life.

Thank you all so much for taking care of us yesterday. I was on my way back to St. Louis with my two little girls and my dog when my check engine light came on. You could have told me anything was wrong or charged me way more, but instead you showed me what was wrong and the cost was reasonable. Thank you so much for taking care of us. I can't recommend your business enough.
