Broke a belt while traveling. Plaza Tire in Rolla, Mo provided excellent service at a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this shop.

They were very busy but took care of us quickly. They were very nice. Prices are good also.

As usual, the team at Plaza Service was professional and got my tires installed promptly. The only problem I encountered is that my tire pressures were not set according to the OEM specs. The fronts are supposed to be at 65 psi, but mine were set at 70 psi. The rear duals are supposed to be at 60 psi, but one side was set 70 psi and the other was set at 65 psi. It only took me a few minutes to air them down where they should be, but this should have never happened in the first place. As a result, it cost them a star from my rating.

Virgil was very helpful, courteous and made you relaxed. Very good experience and look forward to doing business again with them. Even the employees out in the shop were very nice.

Got me in a little earlier than they said and found things wrong with my truck other than tires but was not pushy about me getting it fixed they just wanted me to be aware of it and ask once if i wanted them to fix what they found.

Repaired a tire with a nail and a slow leak very quickly and with no wait time. Excellent job!

Nice enough people, yet completely incompetent. Was told I had a bad brake hose when I had my car inspected, I assume they thought I would have them fix it. Unfortunately for them, I fixed it myself and discovered that my brake hose was completely fine. Might be fine to buy tires here, but I would never allow any of them to touch one of my vehicles.

They provided quick service and fixed my tractor tire at a good price. I will use them again when needed. Thank you Plaza Tire.

The folks there were extremely courteous and offered to set my tire pressure to the appropriate level at no cost. "Air is free," the manager said. To which I replied, "but your time and service is not." He just smiled and waved me on my way.

Very rude on the phone, did not take the time to help with what I was looking for and to give me options. Just told me one price and said that was all that could be done. Very bad attitude, and horrible customer service.
