Service my warranty repair that I bought from Home Depot. Even though I bought it elsewhere they still worked on it in a timely manner for me.

I have a 5 year old Husqvarna riding mower with a Kohler engine. After all the deck problems I have had over the years the engine never missed a lick til this week. The entire back half of the engine blew out. I shopped around for a new mower and the guys at Pratts told me to bring in my old unit before buying a new one and they might be able to fix it. I was astonished 5 year old and the wanted to try and warranty it!!!. So I brought it in so the manager could take a look at the problem. He saw what happened and smiled and told me that for only $240 he could replace the engine block under some kind of manufacturer policy. I only had to pay for labor and the shortblock was covered completely. I now have my rider back and did not have to buy a new mower. They saved me maybe $2000 on buying new mower. I will go back there for all my small engine needs.
