Great company from Rolla Missouri to rent any type of equipment from. I had a great experience with United rentals, especially 3 men in particular the manager and 2 men named Shawn and the other phillip. Very polite, understanding and respectful. I rented for a month with a skid steer Wich was in good working shape. But later, had a mechanical problem with one of the machines and a mechanic was at my location within 30 minutes. Turns out the machine was not able to be repaired in a timely fashion, and they sent another machine to me in about an hour. They also gave me extra time for my trouble and for the large amount of rain we had gotten. Would definitely recommend this company for anyone's needs, hands down, 5 stars all the way
