IF I can help you avoid and keep you from making a terrible decision - well lets just say that's the least I could do here- NOBODY should ever have to deal with this!! I know that a lot of people are willing to review feedback to determine if they should do business with a company- I am always trying to support local business and this time around I actually ignored the consumer warnings- and man did I pay for it- Remember this - this is the largest purchase you will make other than a home or business - DO NOT deal with this crew ! This team of quick hire inexperienced and absolutely incapable of delivery honest service and their business model does not believe in long term success- they are in it for the quick margin - they sell it to you quickly at a cost that is usually well under the current book cost- they hook you with that and once the deal is done - they migh as well have vanished- they denied overlooking basic issues during the checkpoint and after the guaranteed their work in writing - the head gasket blew - they refused to repair what they said they did repair- even with the proof and litigation in near process, and a real mechanic opening up the motor and seeing gobs of fresh silicone, they still had the audacity to tell me that the did replace the head gasket and that was not the issue- they are not certified setup service shop - duct tape and hammer is the extent of their repairs- the only thing that sustains their business ( at this consumer feedback rate, soon to be short term) is their eBay service- they get non local customers to leave immediate feedback on arrival and its nearly impossible to retract- STAY AWAY !!!! They are adding destuction and great harm to the real hard working auto service and sales industry - its criminal and unethical- Do yourself a huge favor and save your precious time and $$. - I know I wish I did-

I purchased a 2012 Nissan GT-R. Rick was pleasant to deal with on the phone until the car showed up... broken caliper, dirty (extremely) and with higher miles than attested to. Cost over $2400 to get repairs done. These are mechanical repairs... not cosmetic. They refuse to reimburse me. I am seeking support from the authorities.

Purchased a 2012 GT-R and it showed up dirty, higher miles than attested to AND with a broken right front caliper. $2400 worth of repairs in the past week so I could drive my $80plus thousand dollar car. They are refusing me any reimbursement. Unbelievable. I will be seeking help from the authorities. BEWARE of Rick and Exotic Motors!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased a mercedes benz in Jan.2012! I was very skeptical about buying a car off of the internet. Shawn was very fair and patient with my many questions thur out the deal. I am very pleased with the entire process and glad that I purchased my beautiful car. It runs well and all that I expected it to be. The delivery process was smooth and on time. This was a big deal to me because I have never purchased a big ticket item over the internet. Again, it was scary, they were very fair and honest. And the staff was very kind and polite. Hat's off to this dealership!!!!!

I purchased a 2007 BMW 335i Convertible from Exotic Motors, and it was a really great experience. The dealership seems to do a high volume of business on Ebay, as their staff stays really busy whenever I have visited. The vehicle I purchased was in great condition, and under warranty*. I flew in from Arkansas while coordinating the purchase of my vehicle with Rick, and he provided a smooth transaction from start to finish. I was able to buy the car and drive it back in less than a weekend! I have read a lot of these negative reviews, and I think a lot of the negative reviews are an unfair assessment of the business they run. They have a proven track record on EBAY , and the BBB. Based on my personal experience, I think people need to do more homework on the vehicles they purchase. Exotic Motors offers a lot of AMAZING prices on highly desirable cars. Most people purchasing luxury/high-end automobiles do not know what they are getting themselves into, and hence pay a hefty price after p

I recently purchased a vehicle from Exotic Motors, Inc in Rolling Meadows, IL through Ebay. It was a 2007 Mercedes SL55 AMG. My sales person was Rick and he was absolutely helpful and great from the second I started to deal with him on the phone. It was definitely pleasure dealing/speaking with Rick regarding this vehicle and he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and extremely polite. Rick asked me to fly into O'hare Int'l Airport where Exotic Motors will arrange someone to pick me up. The car was in the condition as Described by Rick and Exotic Motors on their website. The car was in flawless condition! The sales team at Exotic Motors was very helpful and friendly. I felt very comfortable with this purchase and extremely satisfied. The dealership did everything as they promised. They have some really nice vehicles and great pricing!!
