Least professional, rudest, and all around worst tow truck experience I have EVER had. I had AAA send "Alex" from Send Help towing to get me out of a snow drift today. First of all I placed the call at 9PM and the guy blew me off until the morning because he said he was tired. Then first thing in the morning he calls me and asks me to walk to the end of my road because he can't find my driveway even though I gave clear directions. When I get to his old broke truck I wait for another 10 min while he's on the phone with his next tow. Then he basically tells me in the rudest way possible that there's nothing he can do because the driveway had about 6 inches of snow on it and since I was stuck in my driveway, there are other people stuck on the road that needed his help more. So just to clarify, this guy finally shows up about 11 hours after I placed the service call, just to tell me he won't (not can't, but won't) help me. So absolutely do not support this horrible tow business. There are plenty of others out there.
