A great nights sleep and a full farm breakfast each morning . No sirens, trains or traffic noise to keep you awake. Only the sounds of clip clop by the horses. We are nestled in the middle of an authentic Amish country in northeastern Indiana. We are found on a 175 acre crop farm with some fat cattle, 3 horses and a family dog named "Bobbie Jo". You stay in your private rustic quarters we call the "Bunkhouse" can sleep 7 family members. We are also located on a 12 acre private lake called Mirror lake with nature all around us. The lake is spring feed and full of Blue Giles, Bass and Croup's. Boat rental is available for $15.00 for 3 hours or $30.00 for the day. Your welcomed to use our fishing poles and tackle or bring your own fishing gear. We do not provide live bait. There are NO gas engines on Mirror Lake only trolling motors. A night stay is all it takes to fish here at Mirror lake, fishing is free from pier or raft. You are welcomed to keep and clean your fish or catch and release. Take the paddle boat or canoe out for a trip around the lake. Look for the BIG papa turtle or just see small ones sunning themselves. Use the John Deere Gator to explore the property. There are over 5 miles of mowed paths in the 2 different woods. Watch for the Ospreys, Sand Hill Cranes or the Blue Herons. Take in beautiful sunsets on the water. Relax in or by the above ground pool. Bring your bikes for safe cycling on back country roads. If you like horse trail riding bring your horses. Bring your equipment and look at thousands of stars in the sky. There's NO light pollution out here. If primitive camping is your thing we also have 2 small cabins one in each woods. One has excess to the Little Elkhart river and the other has lake excess to Mirror Lake. We have camping packages as well as crafting retreat weekends. We are found minutes from Shipshewana and Topeka, In these towns are filled with Amish family. It is a lifestyle almost forgotten, it is not a destination it is an awakening!!!

All amenities come with the B&B. Air conditioning, gas fireplace, 1960 claw foot tub and shower. Microwave, dorm size refrigerator, coffee pot and popcorn machine. TV, HVC and DVD no satellite or phone. Use of John Deere Gator,above ground pool, paddle boat and canoe free fishing from pier. And a full farm breakfast each morning or a choice of no breakfast.
